  • Creating content for Retina’s publicity and promotional activities.

Academic Department Responsibilities:

  • Preparing HSC-standard MCQ questions.
  • Creating HSC-standard creative (CQ) questions and writing accurate answers.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the answers.
  • Reviewing and correcting errors in question sets.
  • Identifying and correcting errors in newly revised textbooks.
  • Responding to students' academic queries and providing clear explanations.

Student Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Getting responsibility of certain branch and going there for visit as per week rotation.
  • Solving various problems of students from home through mobile phones and motivating them.
  • Calling certain number of students per month to take care.

Q&A Mentor Responsibilities:

  • The Q&A service is available on the LMS, where subject-specific questions are listed.
  • Provide instant answers to students' questions by writing, recording voice responses, or taking and sharing images.

Question Mentor Responsibilities:

  • Developing different types of questions.
  • Checking the quality of questions, spelling and providing proof-reading support.

Publication Mentor Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development of books under the publication wing, such as digests, guides, medical question banks, practice question banks, and exercise books.
  • Providing proof-reading support for the books.

Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Conducting classes on the relevant subject.
